At the Grill
Roast Lamb Dinner: served with rice, Greek salad, feta cheese, olives and bread
Souvlaki (soov-LAH-kee) Dinner: skewered lamb or chicken that has been grilled over an open fire and served on a pita bread, accompanied with rice, Greek salad, feta cheese, olives and bread
Locanico (loh-KAH-nee-koh) Plate: Greek sausage served with our famous Greek fries
Gyro (YEE-roh) Plate: a blend of pork and lamb that is sliced off a big spit and served in a pita bread with tzatziki (za-ZEE-kee) sauce and accompanied with Greek fries
Hamburger, Cheeseburger or Hotdog Plate (served with Greek fries)
Steamers or Lobster (served with corn on the cob)

Spanakopita (span-ah-KOH-pee-tah): spinach pie, made with layers of buttered phyllo pastry and filled with sautéed spinach, onions, feta cheese and spices
Pastitso (pah-STEE-cho): Greek lasagna consisting of a pasta and cream sauce mixture that is layered with meat sauce
Spanakorizo (spah-nah-KOH-ree-zoh): a classic Greek dish of rice, spinach and herbs
Dolmathes (dol-MAH-thes): Grape leaves stuffed and cooked with a combination of ground beef, minced lamb, herbs and rice
Tiropita (tee-ROH-pee-tah): triangle pastry made with layers of phyllo dough and stuffed with cheese

Greek Specialty Desserts and Pastries
Loukoumathes (loo-koo-MAH-thes): a Greek version of Beignets drizzled with honey and dusted with cinnamon
Baklava (bak-lah-VAH): dessert made with flaky phyllo dough layered with butter and walnuts, topped with a honey syrup
Koulouria (koo-LOOR-yah): crisp, thick braided butter cookies that are hard on the outside but soft on the inside
Kourambiedes (koo-ram-BYE-thes): almond butter cookies dusted with powdered sugar
Melomakarona (meh-loh-mah-KAH-roh-nah): a traditional Greek Christmas cookie made with semolina and soaked in honey
